Ronaldson's Wharf

Ronaldson’s Wharf is a two phase mixed use facility comprising of 2 commercial units, 62

residential apartments for private sale and 48 affordable housing units within a curved block arranged around a central courtyard to complete the development.

On the riverside block, angled planes clad in western red cedar form private balconies and frame views up river towards Edinburgh.  Full height glazing along the south elevation enables daylight to penetrate deep into the plan form. The other blocks also benefit from private external areas which can be used as spaces to relax and entertain.

The development also incorporates 48 affordable apartments for Port of Leith Housing

Association.  It’s relationship to the other blocks within the development promote inclusiveness and cohesion.
