Client Records on File
All client data and records kept on a paper file are held securely on site at our office at 3 Tolbooth Wynd, Edinburgh, EH6 6DN. These records are safeguarded and maintained by DRD Architects and cannot be accessed by third parties. We are required to hold and store date for 12 years and after this, paper copies are treated as confidential waste.
Your Personal Data
DRD Architects only collect basic personal data in order to provide our services to you. The information we collect include name, address, email address and telephone number. We store this information on a client database which is held securely on our remote server.
Any information we collect from you may be used in one or more of the following ways:
To respond via supplied contact details regarding your enquiry (email, telephone or post).
To allow us to locate a property or site.
We do not use your data for marketing purposes and we will never sell your data.
You can request at any time to see what information we hold, and to have it amended or deleted. Email your request to email@example.com.
Visitors to our Website
When someone visits we use a third party service, Wix.com, to host our site. We do not collect any personally identifiable information through our website.
